Fruit Lassi





Sending this recipe to Spice in Sugar Tales - Cooking Made Easy with yogurt and Any One Can Cook-46 Series.

Ingredients:
natural low fat yogurt - 3ooml
pureed fruit - 4 tbsp
sugar - 2 tsp or to taste
crushed (cashew,almonds,pistachio mixed) nuts - 2 tsp (optional)

Serves - 2

Remove the skins, seeds and chopped the fruits.


Pour little water and pureed the friuts,add yogurt,sugar and whisk it for a minute.
Pour the Fruit lassi into the serving glasses and Serve chilled decorated with crushed nuts.
