idli batter - 1 cup
chopped shallots - 2 tbsp
chopped cilantro - 2 tbsp
cumin seeds- 1 tsp
chopped green chilli - 1
soda bicarbonate - pinch
asafoetida - pinch
oil - 3- 4 tsp
salt - to taste.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, when splutters add chopped green and chilli stir well.
Then add chopped shallots and asafoetida and stir for a minute in a medium flame.
Add the cumin cilantro fried onion to the idli batter,add pinch sodium bi carbonate and salt to it.
Mix well and keep aside.
Heat the Kuzhi Paniyaram Tawa. Add few drops of oil to each portion.
Healthy and delicious Cilantro Cumin kuzhi Paniyaram is ready to serve.
