Cilantro chicken


Sending this recipe to Chef AL dente' s Gimme Green.


Ingredients:
chicken pieces- 300 gm
cilantro - a small bunch
green chilli - 4
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
yogurt- 1 tsp( optional)
oil- 2 tbsp
corn flour - 2 tsp
salt - to taste.
Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and drain it.In a bowl add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste,fresh yogurt and salt to taste . Marinate for half an hour.
Clean, wash the cilantro leaves and green chillies and chopped the cilantro.

Paste the cilantro and green chilli.
Heat oil in a pan, add cilantro chilli paste to it.Saute for a minute.
Then add the marinated chicken to it and mix and stir well. Add very little salt to taste.

Close the lid and cook in a low flame for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked through.
At this stage you can add corn flour mix with half cup water to get nice thick gravy.
Healthy and Delicious Cilantro Chicken is ready.Serve with Variety Rice or Chappathi as a side dish.
