Steamed Chicken

Sending this recipe to Healthy Diet - Steamed Food @ Cookbookjaleela.

Ingredients:
chicken legs or any pieces- 4pieces (600gm)
any chicken masala - 1tsp
kasoori methi - 1tsp
yogurt - 1tbsp
paprika powder - 2pinch
soup cube - 1
salt - to taste

Clean and wash the chicken pieces and drain it.
In a bowl place the chicken pieces, powdered chicken cube, chicken masala, kasoori methi, yogurt, paprika powder, salt to taste add altogether and mix well.Marinate at least for 1 hour.

I always use the stainless steel steamer, it results good.

In the lower vessel bring the water to boil, upper steamer arrange the chicken pieces, close the lid.

Steam the chicken pieces for 10-15 minutes. Carefully remove the lid and pierce the chicken piece with fork to test the chicken pieces are cooked softly.Now healthy steamed chicken is ready to serve.

Serve immediately with fried rice or boiled vegetables. Enjoy the amazing taste.
