chicken legs or any pieces- 4pieces (600gm)
any chicken masala - 1tsp
kasoori methi - 1tsp
yogurt - 1tbsp
paprika powder - 2pinch
soup cube - 1
salt - to taste
Clean and wash the chicken pieces and drain it.
In a bowl place the chicken pieces, powdered chicken cube, chicken masala, kasoori methi, yogurt, paprika powder, salt to taste add altogether and mix well.Marinate at least for 1 hour.
In the lower vessel bring the water to boil, upper steamer arrange the chicken pieces, close the lid.
Steam the chicken pieces for 10-15 minutes. Carefully remove the lid and pierce the chicken piece with fork to test the chicken pieces are cooked softly.Now healthy steamed chicken is ready to serve.
